2024 Club Championships Results

This week has been the culmination of each of the Club Championships. As previously reported, on Wednesday the Junior Championships concluded with Alison Muggeridge and Anthea Mackintosh prevailing over a healthy field of Junior Grades. We look forward to the Junior Championship field increasing in quality and quantity in the near future. Friday heralded the final session of both the Intermediate and Open Championships. Kevin Barnes and his partner finished as Intermediate Champions and Bill Crombie and John Mills retained their title in a hotly contested Open Field. The final heat was very well attended with 81/2 tables. Following the session a celebration was organised at club sponsors Storyteller in Mahoe St.
